Rewatching "The Main Behind the Curtain" I noticed the seat behind young Ben had an opened book, as you see the page looks like it is in between being turned, automatically you think 'Jacob?!'. However if you watch the scene it is suspended midair. I still thought there was something more to this, perhaps if there is infact a invisible person/jacob maybe he has his finger around it holding the page?
If you continue to watch shortly after Annie locks the doors then grabs Ben, the page flushes a little. It gave me GOOSEBUMPS when I saw this. Go back and watch for yourself! INVISIBLE STUDENT OR JACOB!?Also, what is up with jars?!
